Our Open Hours
Our current open hours are Monday to Friday 9am -5pm (only open weekends by appointment).
If you wish to make a same day weekend booking please text 0278842900 to check if we can get it ready before your event.
How to Make a Booking
- Simply select the start date usually 1-2 days before your event. The hire period is usually 4 days for example; for a weekend booking we allow Friday and Monday for Delivery and Collection or Click and Collect.
- Add the products you require and select the end date.
- Enter in the required details
- Then checkout, where you can confirm and pay by Credit Card or Debit Card any additional costs will be added and sent to you for review.
You can choose to collect items from us at 14 Hillview Road, Phillipstown, Christchurch, 8011 or alternatively select one of our delivery options. The final delivery and collection cost is determined by factors including the distance traveled, travel time, number of trips, and the vehicles and staff required for delivery and set-up, along with any costs for weights if the marquee is being set up on concrete or a balcony.
- Please note that Click and Collect isn’t available for Deluxe Marquees as they require a trained team member to set up and pack down. Ask us about our supervised set up options.

- Full payment is required 30 days before your event – Non refundable 30% deposit can be made for events outside of this date to confirm your booking with us.
